Things we cannot

An order, a payment, a parcel, a return or a refund all sit with the checkout that took the money rather than with us. BuyGoods handles that side, and the reference they need is the order number on your confirmation. Every step is written out on the official information page.

We also cannot give medical advice of any description, including whether this or any other supplement suits you. That question belongs with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history.

How quickly we reply

One person reads this inbox, so a reply usually takes one to two business days and occasionally longer across a weekend. If your message concerns an order already placed, writing here first only adds delay — go straight to the checkout support address on your confirmation, because they hold the order record and we do not.

Reporting a reaction

If the product has caused you a reaction, tell the merchant and, far more importantly, tell a clinician. We are an information site with no mechanism to record or escalate an adverse event, so routing it to us rather than to someone who can act on it helps nobody.
